The TownHouse Kitchen
At The Townhouse we believe good food is simple – it should be fresh, made from scratch, and as local as possible. We make our own paté, pickles, chutneys and salsas, bake our own desserts and breads, and feature local produce whenever it’s in season. Anything we don’t make ourselves, we source from excellent local suppliers. We serve local organic cheese from Knoydart Farms, The Pork Shop’s gluten-free sausages, Antigonish & Guysborough Co. beef, and Atlantic haddock, cod, mussels, scallops and shrimp.
